Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales Secondary Market to lead, strategize, and grow our secondary real estate portfolio. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue, managing sales teams, building agent networks, and optimizing client satisfaction through effective resale transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the secondary sales division, ensuring revenue and performance targets are consistently achieved.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the resale property market.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of sales agents.
  • Build strong relationships with property owners, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and internal company policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to enhance visibility and lead quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of 8+ years in real estate sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role focused on the secondary market.
  • Strong network within the real estate community and experience in Dubai or similar competitive markets (customize as needed).
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's preferred).
