National Sales Manager Galadari Energy Solutions (GES) | Dubai, UAE - Powering Business. Driving Results.

Galadari Energy Solutions (GES), a leading name in power generation and energy solutions, is seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive overall sales performance for power generation equipment, including diesel generators and energy solutions.
  • Lead nationwide business development activities to expand market share and customer base.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Actively promote industry-leading brands such as Cummins, Perkins and Atlas Copco.
  • Lead a team of sales engineers and work cross-functionally with service and operations teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to guide pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior leadership, backed with clear KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Represent GES at industry exhibitions, client meetings, and business events.

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years of sales experience in the power generation industry, with at least 3 in a leadership or national role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of diesel generators and related systems.
  • Proven sales record with clear achievements in meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Excellent business development and relationship-building skills across B2B and project-based environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and work across departments to deliver end-to-end client satisfaction.
  • UAE driving license and regional experience preferred.
