Job description

Job Title: Landscape Draftsman

We are currently hiring for a Landscape Draftsman for a client in Abu Dhabi, with a 3-month contract and immediate joiner requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the selection of a suitable subconsultant for shop drawing services for the Reem Hills Ph1 project.
2. Evaluate subconsultants' ability to provide detailed landscape shop drawings within a 3-month contractual period, specifically covering 33-36 zones out of 66 zones.
3. Oversee the scope of landscape services including General Arrangement (GA) drawings, Hardscape, Softscape, Furniture, Lighting, Water Features, Sport Courts, Shade Structures, Signage, and Wayfinding.
4. Manage setting out for the entire scope and drawing sheets production.
5. Ensure shop drawing sheets are produced as indicated in the attachment, with a focus on zones highlighted in green in the documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience with Revit software.
• Proven ability to produce detailed landscape shop drawings that meet technical standards and deadlines.
• Capability to handle a variety of landscape elements within the scope.
