Your mission

Define the country strategy for the DermoCosmetics/Personal Care and Medical Care Business Units within the framework set by regional and BU management. Play a direct role in implementing key initiatives, especially on priority topics.

Take responsibility for the income statement (P&L: from Revenue to Operating Income) for all activities in your country.

Define the budget and 3-year plan for the country in collaboration with your managers, focusing on profitable growth, market share expansion, and sustainable development.

Establish economic frameworks at the subsidiary BU management level. Improve efficiency and productivity by developing activities in the country (marketing, digital investments, human resources) through rational expenditure management aligned with regional and Group strategic guidelines.

Implement policies of rationalization (brands, franchises, catalogs, organizations) and productivity enhancement based on management-established indicators.

Make decisions regarding staff management, reorganization, recruitment, dismissals, and budget adjustments, in line with strategic directions.

Promote a digital culture to enhance patient or consumer centricity and strengthen our position as a trusted partner.

Develop a comprehensive medicalization policy to differentiate us from competitors.

Optimize working methods and organization, propose monitoring tools and procedures, ensure employee engagement, and lead talent development.

Lead and supervise your team, fostering skill development and performance management.

Share best practices and foster ongoing development through regional collaboration.

Support and promote our ethical, compliance, and sustainable development initiatives (Green Mission).

Who you are

Graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; a Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly desirable.

At least 7 years of experience in senior management roles within dermatology, cosmetics, personal care, or medical care sectors.

Proven success in sales and marketing, strategic planning, and business development.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in dermatology and cosmetics industries.

Strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Financial management proficiency, including budgeting and forecasting, with the ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.

Deep understanding of the dermatology and personal care markets, with familiarity with medical practices and product development in dermatology.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies.

Willingness to travel within the country and possibly abroad.

Proficiency in English and good Arabic, with an understanding of cultural nuances.

Position based in UAE.
