AW Rostamani Group (AWR Group) in Dubai seeks a seasoned Team Leader - Earthmoving Equipment to supervise workshop and field service operations, allocate tasks to technicians, and ensure safe, timely repairs and maintenance. Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Diesel Mechanics or related heavy equipment maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, powertrains, and electrical diagnostics.
• Experience with diagnostic software and service portals is beneficial.
• Basic English skills for documentation and communication.

Responsabilités

• Plan and supervise daily workshop, preventive maintenance, and field service activities.
• Allocate jobs to technicians based on complexity and workload.
• Review diagnostics to ensure correct repair methods are applied.
• Provide technical guidance and escalate complex faults.
• Monitor productivity, repair quality, and on-time completion.
• Coordinate breakdown response, parts availability, and customer communication.
• Ensure accurate job cards, reports, and warranty documentation.
• Support warranty claims and coordination with OEM technical support.
• Communicate repair progress and any delays to customers.
• Lead toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety briefings.
