Job summary

Emirates British Nursery in Dubai is seeking an Early Childhood educator to support children's development within the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will deliver planned activities, ensure safety and foster learning in a bilingual and inclusive environment.

The role requires a degree in Early Childhood or equivalent with Level III certificate, or a high school diploma with Cache Level 3 and 2+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• University degree in Early Childhood or related field with Level III certificate.
• High school diploma with Cache Level 3 certificate and 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure children's safety and development across physical, emotional, and educational domains.
• Carry out planned educational activities and promote independent learning.
• Provide high standard of care within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
• Encourage inclusion and adapt activities to meet all children's needs.
• Monitor, assess and record children's needs with the Learning and Development Profile Book.
• Care, welfare, health, safety and security of all children in the Nursery.
• Participate in assessments and prepare reports on children's work and development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
