The Role:
As an Early Careers Talent Partner, you will own your candidate market:
- Sourcing high potential candidates
- Closing them into our Early Careers Programs
- Supporting their deployment into live client projects.
No cold client sales.
No wasted time.
Just pure candidate-side recruitment and closing.
You’ll run your own desk with the client's brand marketing support and opportunities already in place.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.
- Sell and promote our Early Careers Programs, positioning them as the gateway to the Financial Services and Professional Services industries.
- Conduct screening calls, sell the program, and secure candidate commitments.
- Manage the candidate journey from application to onboarding and deployment.
- Maintain high conversion rates, maximize every opportunity.
- Manage your candidate pipeline using CRM tools and structured workflows.
- Hit and exceed KPIs related to candidate placements and program enrollments.
- Drive your own success, managing your time, workload, and financial outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven sales/recruitment background: (inside sales, telesales, graduate recruitment, admissions, staffing, target-driven background).
- Entrepreneurial spirit: you treat your desk like your business.
- High energy: closer who loves working with people and making placements happen.
- Self-starter: who thrives in a fast-paced, no hand-holding environment.
- Passion for growth: personally and professionally.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills: you know how to influence.
- Organized: able to manage multiple processes without dropping balls.

- Background in graduate, early careers, or professional services recruitment.
- Familiarity with Financial Services, Risk, Fintech, or similar industries.
