Early Career Trainee – Logistics Specialist

The Early Career Traineeship is designed for recent graduates. Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 12 months in Dubai, UAE and aims to develop your technical knowledge and soft skills through on-the-job learning and exposure.

As part of our Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in:

• Attending trainings to understand Logistics Operations and the Business. By the end of the program, you will possess comprehensive knowledge of supply chain logistics operations and reporting.
• Learning and developing understanding of concepts, methods, procedures, and approaches.
• Supporting reporting and KPI management initiatives.
• Assisting in the transportation and logistics of goods and services to and from customers/suppliers.
• Gathering and analyzing internal operational information.
• Analyzing market activities of competitors and service providers to maintain the company's competitive edge.
• Supporting logistics cost management to meet budgets and operational plans.
• Communicating and coordinating activities within logistics and other functional areas.
• Understanding broader concepts and developing approaches and methods for knowledge management.

To be successful in this traineeship, you will:

• Be a UAE national (holding a family book).
• Have a bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Logistics, or Business Management.
• Graduated within the last 24 months.
• Achieved a GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Be fluent in written and spoken English with effective communication skills.
• Be inquisitive with a strong desire to learn.
• Be legally eligible to work in the country without sponsorship or restrictions.
