Job Description

List of responsibilities:

• During the program, GEHC will provide assignments, projects, and tasks related to the major, allowing the candidate to develop leadership capabilities, communication skills, and familiarity with the work environment.
• Providing finance support to the Service Operations team in MESA.
• Identifying finance data points to establish quarterly Profit & Loss projections.
• Monitoring actual accounting records to compare with quarterly P&L projections.
• Escalating variances to the respective functions and establishing sustainable processes for this purpose.
• Following up with functions to determine the root cause of variances.
• Supporting the smooth transition of SVC MAX from a finance perspective until it is free of systematic revenue/cost errors.
• Performing ad-hoc profitability and feasibility analyses on individual projects.
• Developing new dashboards and reports to enhance visibility of cost and revenue elements.
• Ensuring compliance with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Intermediate knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience with balance sheet and income statement analysis.
• Prior exposure to ERP systems (Oracle, SAP).
• Comfortable working with big data to derive meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PowerBI or Oracle Analytics for dashboard and report generation.
• Ability to adapt to change and demonstrate flexibility.
