Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, English, or related field.
• TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience teaching EAL or ESL (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of second-language acquisition and differentiated instruction.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in digital learning tools and educational technology.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and parents.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess students to determine English proficiency levels.
• Plan and deliver targeted EAL lessons for individuals or small groups.
• Provide language support in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Develop IEP-style language development plans.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate EAL strategies into instruction.
• Train staff on EAL best practices and resources.
• Monitor progress and maintain EAL documentation and reports.
