As an Events Executive, we rely on you to:
  • Fully comply with Delphi operation standards and maintain up-to-date account profiles, catering revenue figures, and sales activities in the system.
  • Handle and consolidate all incoming Post-social/Events Assessments.
  • Adhere to Delphi.FDC protocols; respond to event-related inquiries and requests within the system's guidelines.
  • Follow the catering sales action plan related to the respective catering market segments as outlined in the Marketing Plan.
  • Handle all incoming leads as distributed by the DOEM or Senior Events Manager and convert them into confirmed business.
  • Understand the benefits and essence of Signature Events.
  • Handle guest requests independently and proactively.
  • Closely monitor account revenue and production in your specific area.
  • Take ownership of achieving personal catering goals set by the DOEM.
We are looking for someone who:
  • Has experience from a 5-star hotel.
  • Communicates and writes fluently in English.
  • Has basic knowledge of selling skills.
  • Is computer literate, proficient in MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
  • Has strong interpersonal skills.
  • Is friendly, helpful, and trustworthy.
