We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day administrative tasks and support the operations team with documentation, phone calls, scheduling, and record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office files and documents
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up with clients
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
• Maintain office supplies and equipment
• Assist HR and management with day-to-day admin tasks
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Office Admin or similar role
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Must be currently available in the UAE
