Vocational or Diploma (12+2 or equivalent)
5+ years in Facilities / Maintenance.
Good basic knowledge of building maintenance systems with a first hand (hands-on) background in either civil, mechanical, electrical or plumbing works.
Maintenance Co-ordinators must be computer literate or, if not, capable of being trained to used computer based maintenance systems.
Proficient MS Office skills.
A good telephone manner is essential, as is the ability to communicate well in English.
Jobholder must have a UAE driving license
