Responsibilities:

Business Development:
Identify and onboard rental car agencies and dealerships as partners on the platform.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company’s presence in the automotive market.
Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for business growth.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
Collaborate with partners to understand their business needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
Ensure high levels of partner satisfaction through regular communication and support.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting the benefits of our platform to potential partners.
Negotiate and finalize agreements with rental car agencies and dealerships.
Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive partner acquisition and user engagement.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, achievements, and challenges.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the automotive industry.
Knowledge of the UAE automotive market and understanding of classifieds platforms is a plus.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
