• Develop and manage production schedules for joinery and fit-out projects
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to meet project timelines
• Optimize resource allocation, material flow, and manpower planning
• Monitor production progress and ensure alignment with client specifications
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures to avoid delays
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production status
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements
• Liaise with project managers and site teams to coordinate delivery and installation

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8–10 years of experience in fit-out and joinery project planning
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel
