Job Title: Senior HR Officer (Arabic Speaking)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior HR Officer (Arabic Speaking) to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will support HR operations focusing on documentation, employee relations, structure management, and administrative tasks. Fluency in Arabic and English and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond promptly to queries from the sales team regarding attendance, payroll, PS (performance system), and other HR-related matters.
  2. Prepare and issue performance warnings and termination letters in coordination with the HR Manager and legal advisors.
  3. Monitor and follow up on visa issuance and renewal to ensure legal compliance.
  4. Coordinate the offboarding process, ensuring all documents are collected and procedures completed.
  5. Collaborate with sales coordinators to maintain an up-to-date sales structure.
  6. Maintain and update departmental structures aligned with organizational goals.
  7. Prepare and update the organization chart (org chart) reflecting real-time reporting and team structures.
  8. Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned by HR management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or a fast-paced service sector.
  3. Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Desired Candidate Profile:
  1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, charts, etc.).
  2. Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and visa processes.
  3. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  4. Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
