About the Role

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for the financial health, stability, and growth of LINKVIVA. Reporting to the CEO and leading the Finance & Procurement department, you will guide strategic financial planning, optimize procurement strategies, ensure compliance, and manage risk. Your role is integral to ensuring profitability, data-driven decisions, and cash flow excellence, while also driving automation and efficiency through ERP integration.

What You’ll Do

• Financial Strategy & Planning – Develop financial strategies aligned with growth objectives. Provide insights and reports to leadership for strategic decisions.
• Budgeting, Cost Control & Profitability – Lead budgeting cycles, implement cost-saving initiatives, monitor financial performance, and develop financial models to evaluate opportunities and risks.
• Procurement Optimization – Oversee procurement strategy, contract negotiation, and vendor management. Align procurement operations with business goals to maximize value.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance – Ensure timely, accurate financial reports. Oversee audits, internal controls, tax compliance, and regulatory obligations.
• ERP & Tech Integration – Maximize ERP (Odoo) usage for financial reporting, procurement, and automation. Leverage data for forecasting and strategic planning.
• Cash Flow & Documentation – Ensure accurate and timely submission of documentation for third-party payments. Maintain optimal cash flow, working capital, and financial risk mitigation.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration – Lead finance and procurement teams with a focus on culture, performance, and interdepartmental harmony.

About You

• Financial Strategist – Strong business acumen and proven success in driving financial growth.
• Procurement Expert – Skilled in sourcing, supplier performance, and cost optimization.
• ERP Power User – Experience implementing and leveraging ERP platforms (Odoo preferred).
• Compliance & Risk Manager – Deep knowledge of accounting standards, tax law, and internal controls.
• Leadership – Excellent communicator, mentor, and team builder who thrives in a collaborative culture.

What You Need to Apply

• 10+ years of senior financial management experience.
• Track record in budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and financial strategy.
• Strong procurement experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Fluent in ERP financial systems (Odoo highly preferred).
• Excellent command of English (Arabic is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and completed certification (ACCA, CPA / CFA preferred).
