About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager HR with 5-7 years of core HR experience. This role is ideal for someone who has a hands-on approach to employee engagement and a strong foundation in HR operations, compliance, and strategic support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business units to support growth and workforce needs

  • Manage employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding to ensure seamless employee transitions

  • Ensure HR policies are well implemented and aligned with UAE labor laws

  • Contribute to employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives

  • Handle conflict resolution and manage grievance procedures professionally

  • Support leadership in executing talent development and succession plans

  • Assist in driving diversity and inclusion efforts within the organization

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in HR or a related field (Masters degree is a plus)

  • 5-7 years of proven regional/globalHR experience

  • Solid knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, performance-driven environment

  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office Suite

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates with experience in international or multicultural companies will be highly regarded.
  • A background in manufacturing or industrial sectors is advantageous
  • Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to global HR practices and diverse workforce management
