Summary:
The Admin Relationship Manager - Real Estate Broker will build and maintain relationships with brokerage companies, negotiate contracts, and manage broker networks. This role involves coordinating broker activities, preparing reports and documentation, and collaborating with internal teams. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Broker Relationship Management:
- Negotiate and establish contracts with real estate brokerage companies to expand the company's network of brokers.
- Attract and maintain strong, long-term relationships with real estate brokers to ensure ongoing collaboration and successful partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers, addressing their needs, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Broker Companies Coordination:
- Strategically attract new broker companies to work with our company as a real estate developer, ensuring a diverse and capable network of professionals.
- Create and manage exclusive groups or networks for broker companies to facilitate communication, collaboration, and information sharing.
- Coordinate interviews, meetings, and site visits between brokers and the real estate development team.
- Reporting, Invoicing, and Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports on broker performance, partnership outcomes, and contract status.
- Handle the preparation and review of invoices and necessary documentation to ensure smooth financial and administrative transactions with brokers.
- Ensure all broker contracts and agreements are accurately documented, organized, and accessible.
- Internal Coordination & Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, legal) to ensure broker agreements align with company policies and goals.
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, and site visits to ensure effective service delivery.
- Ensure brokers have all necessary materials and information to effectively market and sell the developer's properties.
- Process Improvement & Strategy:
- Continuously assess and improve processes related to broker management, from recruitment to performance evaluation.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance broker relationships and increase their impact on the developer's business objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the real estate industry to inform broker-related strategies.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
