We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer to manage and oversee the planned and reactive maintenance of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and assets within client facilities. The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of maintenance tasks in line with service level specifications.

The role involves coordinating with the Operations Manager to plan and implement daily maintenance activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining strong client relationships. As part of the team, the Senior Project Engineer will also supervise maintenance operations and ensure all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities :

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on all MEP assets and systems within the client’s facility
• Ensure delivery of all maintenance tasks in accordance with service level specifications
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager to plan and schedule daily maintenance activities
• Supervise and control smooth operations of maintenance activities at site(s)
• Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the line manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field from a recognized university
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Senior Project Engineer in the UAE, preferably with a reputable organization
• UAE driving license with own car (preferred)
• Strong team leadership skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Exceptional planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
