Job Responsibilities:

1. Gathering data and generating leads, capable of achieving monthly targets
2. Demonstrating eagerness to learn
3. Entering and updating customer information in the database
4. Keeping records of calls and sales, noting helpful information
5. Maintaining database integrity by entering, verifying, and backing up data
6. Exhibiting excellent communication and presentation skills
7. Building customer relationships through confident product presentation over the phone
8. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform about products or services using scripts
9. Answering queries about the company's services and itself
10. Understanding customer requirements and closing sales
11. Handling grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

Minimum Requirements:
