Our client is a leading group of companies bringing in a number of world-leading products for the UAE market. They have exclusive agencies for internationally known companies and top manufacturers for world-class machines and domestic appliances

They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and strategic partnerships across the UAE, with a primary focus on the Dubai and Abu Dhabi markets

Location-Abu Dhabi

Experience-5-7 years(UAE)

Industry-European kitchen appliances/solutions, building materials, hospitality, hotel fit-outs

Driving license-Mandatory

Key Requirements

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the UAE in the kitchen appliances, hospitality, construction, and hotel fit-out sectors.
  • Leverage existing relationships and develop new connections with key real estate developers, consultants, interior designers, and contractors.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to promote the product range and secure project specifications.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and new development projects across the region.
  • Work closely with internal teams (technical, design, and logistics) to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Travel across all Emirates as needed to support business growth and relationship management.

Key Requirements:

  • UAE experience is mandatory with proven market knowledge and understanding of the construction and real estate landscape.
  • Strong network of key contacts among developers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Industry background in any of the following (in order of priority):
  • European Kitchen Appliances / Solutions
  • Building Materials
  • Hospitality Equipment & Hotel Fit-Outs
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UAE.
  • Must possess a valid UAE driving license and own car (fuel and mobile allowance will be provided).
  • Self-driven with a passion for business development and closing high-value deals.
