Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Present customers upon arrival with the menu, assist in their item selection, take orders and serve food in a timely manner.
  2. Communicate efficiently with the kitchen staff and barista to guarantee customer satisfaction and liaise with other departments to ensure smooth running of operations.
  3. Arrange table set-ups before and after each customer according to the brand's set standards.
  4. Ensure the staff is providing a friendly, professional, and timely service at all times and report immediately any discrepancies/customer complaints to the Manager on duty.
  5. Collect bill payments from customers and hand them over to the cashier.

Qualifications:

  1. High School Degree.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in customer service in a similar role.
  3. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  4. Communication Skills: level 2.
  5. Change and Adaptability: level 1.
  6. Customer Focus: level 1.
  7. Driving and Achieving results: level 1.
  8. Initiative: level 2.
  9. Teamwork: level 2.
