Senior Payroll Consultant – Spain (Full Time)

The Senior Payroll Consultant provides outsourced payroll services to clients, managing new and existing accounts to ensure high-quality service delivery. Acts as the primary point-of-contact (POC) for clients during operational processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulations.

  • Manage workload to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
  • Recommend improvements to management for service efficiency and quality.
  • Prepare operational reports highlighting issues and management actions.
  • Ensure timely invoicing according to service agreements.
  • Oversee all aspects of service delivery, maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Act as the POC for operational or service issues.
  • Deliver services in accordance with defined standards and contracts.
  • Address client issues promptly, monitoring satisfaction levels.
  • Communicate regularly with clients via personal contact and emails.
  • Escalate management issues appropriately.
  • Participate in account management meetings and calls.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues within agreed timeframes.
  • Advise management on client retention and service improvements.
  • Provide visibility into issues and compliance process improvements.
  • Ensure payroll processing accuracy and timeliness.

Minimum requirements include :

  • 5+ years in payroll operations within the global payroll industry.
  • 4+ years in statutory filings with validation experience.
  • Ability to perform end-to-end payroll calculations in Excel for assigned countries.
  • Expertise in payroll regulations and processes for the relevant countries.
  • Strong communication skills for client interactions.
