About the Client: Our client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding real estate brokerage firm based in Dubai. To support their business growth, they are looking for a proactive and experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee human resources and daily administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company objectives. - Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management and offboarding. - Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with UAE Labour Law. - Supervise administrative functions including office management, asset control and coordination with vendors and government entities. - Maintain employee records and HR documentation in an organized and secure manner. - Manage payroll processing and support employee benefits administration. - Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions and support a positive work environment. - Coordinate with PRO for visa and labor-related documentation and approvals. - Support management in organizational planning, culture building and compliance initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administration in the UAE. - Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and local HR practices. - Strong organizational and leadership skills with a hands-on approach. - Experience in the real estate or related service industry is preferred. - Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
