Senior Business Development Manager - Leisure

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in sales, preferably with experience in the hospitality industry or luxury customer service.

What are we looking for?
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the hospitality industry, specifically in the leisure segment.
  • Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
  • Understanding of local culture and experience in the UAE.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong network within the travel and tourism industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of market trends, digital distribution channels, and revenue management strategies.
  • Good understanding of the luxury market.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into action.
  • Organizational planning skills and the ability to multitask.

What will you do?
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow leisure segment revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with DMCs and tour operators.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Manage key accounts and foster strong relationships for repeat business.
  • Participate in trade shows, sales missions, and networking events to promote the hotel.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless leisure travel bookings.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and insights to management.
  • Negotiate contracts with key partners to maximize revenue.
  • Organize site inspections and entertainments to showcase our products.
  • Execute sales and marketing plans to promote hotel facilities and activities.
  • Set individual revenue goals and targets for sales personnel based on hotel KPIs.
  • Operate safely and environmentally responsibly to protect health, safety, and the environment.

The hotel features 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites, 6 four-bedroom villas with private pools, and 161 fully furnished serviced apartments.
