Job description

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for processing all sales cases and transactions; handle the process of tracking, managing, organizing and following up of sales leads from the generation of leads to their conversion into registration.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support sales processing by inputting business cases in the system on daily basis to ensure that all necessary data are accurately completed in the application and the cases are entered properly and correctly.
  • Handle all the pre-approval transactions related to government service process of filling the online application and process sales orders and pre-approvals in order for the data to be entered properly and correctly on behalf of the client ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with the sales officers as well as other concerned departments regarding pending cases in order to get necessary updates and to prevent backlogs.
  • Support the sales team in handling legal signing for all cases to ensure that the right legal format and data are correctly presented to and signed by the client.
  • Maintain and update relevant databases to ensure that accurate and up-to-date data is available at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or any other related fields.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar or related corporations/organizations/industry.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Pronounced customer care approach.
  • Responds well in fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Flexible.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of advanced MS Office applications.
