Charterhouse is supporting a highly sophisticated Private Markets Consultancy with the appointment of a Director into their team. The firm specialises in advising alternative investment funds with a range of mandates across transformation and strategy.

The Transformation Director will lead client engagements across various projects in the region. The firm has an outstanding footprint across the US and Europe and is increasingly winning work in the Middle East. With a lean team and current operations, this role offers the opportunity to build the presence and further establish the firm's reputation in the region.

This role will be responsible for driving new projects and client acquisitions, assisting with project execution, growing the team, and bridging the gap between London and Middle East offices. The Director position is the final step before partnership, and the firm sees this individual as a key player in regional development.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years of experience in Digital Transformation and/or Strategy Consulting within Alternative Investments. Due to the firm's client base, a strong understanding of alternative asset classes and confidence in pitching new projects are essential.

The successful candidate will have experience leading projects and teams, delivering high-profile projects for sophisticated clients within private markets.
