The purpose of this role is to implement and execute Paid Search campaigns in line with the agreed strategy to maintain develop and exceed client performance targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provides day to day implementation optimization and upload of client campaigns through direct input and supervising junior staff
  • Liaises with vendors and third party reps to maintain and develop relationships and build knowledge of new features and betas
  • Interprets performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis to meet campaign objectives
  • Coaches and develops junior staff supervising their projects and day to day activities
  • Builds strong relationships across client services team and with client

Experience and Skills:

  • Fluent language is a must Arabic is a plus
  • 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Previous experience in Media agencies is a plus working on Retail Ecommerce accounts
  • Expertise level and handson experience with planning and managing all campaign types across Google Ads (search shopping YouTube GDN) performance and branding campaigns across Facebook Instagram Snap and Tiktok.
  • Campaign Management: Expertise with Google Ads Google Analytics SA360 Google Tag Manager Microsoft Ads and sometimes platforms like Amazon Ads or Apple Search Ads.
  • Keyword Research: Ability to find highperforming costeffective keywords.
  • Ad Copywriting: Writing compelling ads that convert tailored to platform limitations.
  • Bid Strategy Management: Manual and automated bidding strategies understanding.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Working with design or CRO teams to ensure landing pages convert well.
  • A/B Testing: Running experiments on ad copy targeting landing pages etc.
  • Tracking & Analytics: Setting up tracking via Google Analytics GTM (Google Tag Manager) and conversion tracking pixels.
  • Data Analysis: Comfortable with interpreting campaign performance metrics like CTR CPC CPA ROAS Quality Score.
  • Reporting: Creating insightful reports for clients or leadership often using tools like Google Data Studio Excel Looker etc.
  • ProblemSolving: Diagnosing performance issues and making datadriven adjustments.
  • Campaign Planning: Developing fullfunnel paid search strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Budget Management: Allocating and pacing budgets effectively across campaigns and months.
  • Audience Targeting: Understanding how to segment and reach different customer types.
  • CrossChannel Strategy: Integrating paid search with SEO paid social email and broader marketing plans.
