Job Scope
- Lead, design & optimize targeted multi-channel campaigns to drive engagement and business growth.
- Oversee the creation and automation of compelling campaigns across all digital channels, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate CRM campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize targeting and messaging strategies.
- Manage digital communication initiatives to enhance customer engagement, maintain brand consistency, and elevate the overall guest experience.
- Segment customer data and build predictive models to support personalized marketing, upsell/cross-sell initiatives, and churn reduction strategies.
- Conduct campaign performance analysis and generate actionable insights to inform future initiatives.
- Implement and optimize CRM strategies focused on personalization, customer acquisition, retention, and fostering long-term guest loyalty.
- Ensure adherence to data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, copyright, and data privacy laws) in all CRM activities.
- Follow brand guidelines for external communications.
- Review all marketing briefs & materials to ensure consistency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align CRM insights with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.

- Generate key insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

- Oversee data quality and integration efforts, ensuring consistent and accurate customer data across platforms and systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, AI.
- Proficiency in using platforms such as Adobe Suite, campaign management systems (e.g., Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign), and CRM tools.
- Experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, dashboards) to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms to enhance personalization and campaign impact.
- Hands-on experience in developing and executing digital CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
- Prior experience in customer data management and campaign planning.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM best practices and digital campaign optimization.
- Strong skills in customer segmentation, personalization, and behavioral targeting.
- Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
