Contract Length: 6-7 months, extendable.

Location: Onsite in Abu Dhabi

Start Date: 15th May (must be available immediately or within a few weeks)

This role requires security clearance, which may take a few weeks to obtain.

Role Overview

As a Data Management Consultant, you will define, implement, and optimize Master Data Management (MDM) strategies and processes across the enterprise. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure that critical master data domains such as Customer, Vendor, Product, and Location are accurate, consistent, and aligned with business objectives. This role combines functional expertise with an understanding of business processes, data lifecycle management, and enterprise data standards. You will lead MDM requirements gathering, process design, and solution validation, supporting data governance, data quality, and master data stewardship efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for MDM initiatives.
2. Define and implement data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and stewardship processes.
3. Lead workshops to align MDM strategies with business goals.
4. Configure and customize MDM platforms to meet business needs.
5. Design and implement MDM workflows, data governance, and data quality standards.
6. Support testing and resolve MDM-related issues during deployment.
7. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment between requirements and solutions.

Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years of experience in Data Consultancy roles.
2. Hands-on experience with multiple Data Management platforms.
3. Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and modeling.
4. Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
5. Proven track record of delivering data management projects on time and within scope.
