Job summary

Qualifications

Job Title: Secondary Arabic Coordinator

The RAK Academy Khuzam School is seeking a positive, driven, and inspirational Secondary Arabic Coordinator to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing refinement of an innovative Arabic curriculum for the secondary phase (Years 6-12). The curriculum should align with UAE national standards, international benchmarks, and the school's bilingual learner vision.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language.
  2. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  3. Post Graduate Certificate in Education (or equivalent).
  4. Excellent understanding of teaching and learning processes.
  5. Proficiency in technology to support teaching and learning.
  6. Ability to engage, motivate, and support students.
  7. Reflective practitioner with creative and innovative thinking skills.
  8. Positive, enthusiastic, and growth-minded team member.
  9. Willingness to participate in extracurricular activities.
  10. Excellent communication skills.
  11. Experience teaching GCSE/IGCSE/A-Level courses; early career teachers are welcome.
  12. Training in UK Curriculum or International Baccalaureate.
  13. Qualifications such as NPQLT and NPQML are desirable.
  14. Experience with Google Suite, e.g., Google Classroom.
  15. Proven record of improving student outcomes.
