Job description

Responsibilities
  • Acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Developing strong internal relationships to optimise service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
  • Building financial models to analyse and assess existing and potential real estate projects.
  • Monitoring portfolio investments by conducting regular risk and performance analysis.
  • Researching new investment opportunities and performing thorough due diligence.
  • Preparing reports and providing recommendations in order to assist in decision making.
  • Participating in all aspects of legal documentation, deal structuring and financing.

The Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
  • You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
