Mobile Services Manager - Hiring Now!

Starting Salary: $50k-$52k/year

We are seeking full time employees to join our Mobile Services team! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to be a part of spearheading a rapidly growing industry. Responsibilities

  • Manages a patrol, inspection, shared guarding and/or response operation, including supervision of subordinate officers and any supervisory staff; ensures that personnel deliver high quality service.
  • Ensures that service expectations are being met through regular contact with clients; evaluates service quality and initiates corrective action in a timely manner as necessary.
  • Analyzes operational and financial indicators to improve performance; ensures that operations are carried out to generate profitable revenue growth.
  • Meets regularly with client representatives for status updates and addresses any actual or potential problems; assists in negotiation of client contracts; provides support during client start-ups; provides support in security planning, assessments and surveys; reviews and updates orders or directives related to assignments.
  • Oversees, participates in, and coordinates with management the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, development and retention of high caliber staff; acts to ensure that each staff member is treated with dignity and respect; plans, assigns, and directs work; coaches employees, and carries out disciplinary actions, as necessary.
  • Maintains a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures; acts to ensure that staff members understand and comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Within scope of client contracts and assigned duties, authorizes appropriate expenditures including equipment, supplies, and vehicles; acts to ensure that vehicles are properly maintained and administers driver training; ensures adequate inventory of uniforms, radios, etc.; maintains and submits payroll records and other associate and business information.
  • Prepares and coordinates staffing schedules with management; ensures scheduling is handled effectively to meet client requirements while controlling labor costs; reviews reports to ensure that commitments have been met and client directions have been followed.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
  • Must be proficient in technology (computer, phones, patrol devices and email communication)
  • Valid Drivers License and clear driving record required for Safe Driving certification
  • Must have at least 3 years of prior security related experience
