About the job: Trainee Wealth Manager

Position: Trainee Wealth Manager

About the Role:

This demanding role requires resilience and a strong work ethic. Initially, you will learn to generate activity and leads within our financial planning niche, primarily through phone-based outreach, with a minimum expectation of 100 calls daily and one booking per day.

During the program, you will gain exposure to investment management, paraplanning, client servicing, and technical advice, with performance-based monthly incentives. The training lasts 24-36 months, including obtaining UK financial qualifications, with an initial six-month structured training period in Dubai, where mentorship and hands-on experience are provided.

Salary and Progression:

The structured three-year program offers clear milestones:

Year One
  • Salary: £24,000
  • Commission: 5% on £0-£100,000; 10% on £100,000+ (rolling 12 months)
  • Benefits: Visa and medical in Dubai
Year Two
  • Salary: £26,400
  • Commission: 10% on £100,000+
  • Benefits: Visa and medical in Dubai
Year Three
  • Salary: £28,800
  • Commission: 10% on £100,000+
  • Benefits: Visa and medical in Dubai

Performance Expectations:

  • 500 dials/week
  • 5 hours talk time/week
  • 5 booked meetings/week
  • 3 face-to-face meetings/week

Target Milestones:

  • 3 months UK: £1M AUM, 4 new clients
  • 6 months: £3M AUM, 6 new clients, £40K revenue
  • Year 1: £6M AUM, 16 clients, £100K revenue
  • Year 2: £6M AUM, 25 clients, £200K revenue
  • Year 3: £7.5M AUM, 30 clients, £250K revenue

Upon completion, successful candidates will transition into a Pathway Financial Planner role, a salaried advisory position with further training.
