About the Role: We're looking for a Bid Writer / Coordinator to drive our tender and proposal efforts across high-value fit-out and construction projects. You'll collaborate with the sales, estimation, and operations teams to create compelling, accurate bids that win projects.

Responsibilities:

? Write, edit, and format proposals, tender documents, and presentations

? Coordinate the end-to-end bid process, ensuring deadlines are met

? Work with Estimators and QS to integrate technical and commercial inputs

? Manage document version control and submission requirements

? Conduct competitor and market research to enhance bid strategies

Requirements:

? Previous experience in bid writing within a construction or interior design company

? Strong command of English writing and formatting

? Excellent project management and communication skills

? Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple submissions

? Familiarity with the fit-out industry and local UAE market is a plus
