Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing excellent customer service, managing sales processes, and assisting with training new sales team members. Day-to-day tasks include preparing sales presentations, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves meeting sales targets and contributing to overall sales strategies.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and Sales Management skills
  • Experience in Training sales teams
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
  • Previous experience in the fragrance industry is a plus
