About the Opportunity

We are actively seeking a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist with proven experience in the trading platform industry to join our expanding global team.

This role is strictly for professionals with a background in affiliate marketing within trading, forex, CFDs, or similar financial platforms. Applicants without relevant trading platform experience will not be considered

As our Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our affiliate channel, particularly in the Asian region. Your mission will be to grow this channel into a major revenue driver by acquiring high-performing partners, optimizing campaigns, and delivering strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage affiliate marketing strategies tailored to trading platform growth goals.
• Source, recruit, and onboard high-value affiliates and Introducing Brokers (IBs) with experience in the trading/financial sector.
• Negotiate commission structures and maintain strong, performance-focused relationships with partners.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory and brand standards within all affiliate activity.
• Analyze affiliate performance using tracking tools and make strategic optimizations for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to produce trading-specific creative and promotional materials.
• Offer strategic support and timely communication to affiliate partners, ensuring strong ongoing collaboration.
• Work with product, compliance, and development teams to align affiliate needs with platform updates and innovations.
• Stay updated on affiliate trends in the trading, fintech, and online brokerage sectors to enhance competitive advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of affiliate marketing experience within a trading platform, forex, CFDs, or online brokerage environment – this is a must-have.
• Solid understanding of affiliate payment models (CPA, CPL, CPC, revenue share, etc.).
• Familiarity with popular affiliate tracking software and campaign management tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to optimize affiliate performance based on KPIs.
• Proactive, highly organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving fintech environment.
• English fluency required; additional Asian language proficiency is a plus.
