Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of experience in functional or manual software testing.
• Strong understanding of software development and QA methodologies.
• Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test data.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to develop functional test cases and test scripts.
2. Perform manual testing of software applications to validate functionality, usability, and reliability.
3. Execute test plans and test cases across web, mobile, or desktop platforms.
4. Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
6. Participate in functional walkthroughs, test case reviews, and defect triage meetings.
7. Provide feedback on user interface design and usability.
8. Maintain and update test documentation and knowledge base.
