The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything related to TikTok LIVE, including content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, campaign creation, and ensuring a fun and safe space for all LIVE users.

TikTok seeks a results-driven Live Content Strategy and Operations Specialist focusing on the Middle East region. In this role, you will shape our live streaming content strategy, drive engagement with live creators, and scale impactful projects across the region. Your understanding of Middle Eastern culture, market trends, and data insights will be key to enhancing TikTok's live streaming ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & LIVE Creators Growth: Analyze live streaming content and industry trends in the Middle East. Develop tailored content strategies to encourage creators to go live and improve content quality, ensuring alignment with regional preferences and TikTok's global brand.
• Project Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead live streaming projects from concept to execution. Coordinate with teams such as content, marketing, and product to ensure seamless collaboration and successful delivery.
• Regional Expansion & Resource Integration: Leverage your knowledge of Middle Eastern culture and creator characteristics. Use online and offline resources to drive large-scale live streaming projects, maximizing reach and engagement.
• Data-driven Optimization: Use basic data analysis skills to evaluate creator performance during live streams. Identify issues, provide solutions, and optimize strategies to enhance user experience and platform growth.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in live streaming operations, content strategy, or related fields, with proven success in the Middle East market.
• Deep knowledge of regional culture, traditions, and characteristics of Middle Eastern TikTok creators.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills. Proficient in basic data analysis tools like Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
