Job Description

Our client is a leading, award-winning developer based in Dubai, UAE. With over 11,000 residential units sold and thousands of homes delivered to local and international investors and end users, the developer is known for its construction-driven approach, luxury developments in Dubai's most sought-after residential areas, and a commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction.

They are seeking to hire a General Manager for two malls in Dubai South and near IMG World. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, project managing, and operationalizing the malls, overseeing leasing and commercial activities, and acting as the P&L Head, with potential progression to COO of the Malls Division.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for mall growth, including tenant mix, marketing, and customer engagement.
• Manage the mall's annual budget to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
• Lead leasing strategies, working with the leasing team to attract, negotiate, and manage tenant leases.
• Maintain a high-quality tenant mix aligned with market demands and tenant retention strategies.
• Oversee daily mall operations, ensuring efficient functioning of all departments.
• Develop marketing, promotional activities, and events to increase footfall and sales.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and experience, making the mall a welcoming destination.
• Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate department heads and staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards.
• Review safety protocols and emergency procedures regularly, training staff accordingly.

Key Qualifications
