Key Accountabilities & Activities

1. Maintenance
   • Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans and related activities.
   • Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the implementation and completion of maintenance plans.
   • Analyze and record critical operational and maintenance issues related to SATORP's equipment, plants, and utilities.
   • Participate in meetings with other divisions to develop maintenance plans and provide technical inputs.
   • Coordinate with CET Division to evaluate progress and conduct technical studies for planning improvements.
   • Ensure availability of personnel, materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment.
   • Maintain statistical reports on maintenance activities.
   • Utilize SAP and other software for plan implementation.
   • Assist in developing and measuring Contractor KPIs.
   • Maintain historical records and databases.
2. HSE
   • Ensure compliance with all HSE rules.
   • Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions.
   • Follow SHE procedures during work activities.

Required Education:

Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in refinery maintenance.
