Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Online Marketing Specialist with expertise in digital marketing to enhance our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in managing digital campaigns, social media marketing, SEO, and content creation. This role involves executing online marketing strategies, optimizing digital channels, and engaging with Arabic-speaking audiences to drive brand awareness and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising campaigns to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and digital ads for Arabic and English audiences.
- Create, manage, and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) with Arabic and English content.
- Develop and schedule engaging posts, stories, and interactive content tailored to Arabic-speaking audiences.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to inquiries, and analyze social media performance.
- Write and translate high-quality Arabic content for social media, websites, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Develop compelling Arabic ad copies, email campaigns, and promotional content.
- Ensure brand consistency and cultural relevance in all Arabic communication.
- Manage and optimize online store listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, etc.).
- Execute Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and influencer marketing campaigns targeting Arabic-speaking customers.
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance to enhance digital marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research on Arabic-speaking audiences, trends, and competitors.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to track and report performance metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving online engagement and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or social media management.
- Fluent in Arabic (writing & speaking) and English.
- Proven experience in SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
- Strong copywriting skills in Arabic for marketing campaigns and content creation.
- Knowledge of email marketing, influencer collaborations, and online branding.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital/e-commerce marketing for the GCC region.
- Knowledge of website CMS.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
