Job description

Job Purpose : To provide support for operational issues to ensure compliance with security policies, the Airline Security Program (ASP), and Security Management System (SEMS). Collate records, analyze data, and assist in investigating, alerting, and reporting irregularities that may lead to non-conformity with the organization's Security Policy.

Job Outline :

1. Support security operations regarding statistics, logistics, roster patterns, and administration.
2. Maintain documents, manuals, and records for auditing, ensuring they are current.
3. Review standard operating procedures, contracts, and relevant documents impacting operations.
4. Access information on inadmissible passengers, decide on necessary actions, and coordinate with relevant departments including flights, accommodation, deportation reports, and authorities.
5. Perform travel document checks on flights and conduct behavioral analysis of passengers to prevent illegal immigration and unlawful interference.
6. Liaise with authorities such as immigration, embassies, and police across the network to prevent carriage of inadmissible passengers.
7. Assist in training Emirates and Ground Handling Agents' staff to recognize and intercept illegal immigration.
8. Support in processing approvals for VVIP passengers, CIP, protected persons, deportees, firearms transportation, and inadmissible passengers, ensuring movements are monitored through liaison with stakeholders like immigration and police.
9. Disseminate security information as per the Emirates Airline Security Program and relevant aviation security authorities (ICAO, UN, IATA, GCAA, TSA) to other departments and outstations, updating them on new security guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience :

Experience: 3+ years in security.

Qualifications: 12 years of schooling or equivalent.

Knowledge / Skills

Experience in aviation, supervision, and root cause analysis is advantageous.

Proficient report writing and computer literacy are essential.
