GUEST ROOMS
- Enters and prepares rooms for cleaning.
- Makes the bed.
- Dusts rooms and furniture.
- Checks all electrical equipment.
- Reports broken equipment to Housekeeping Service.
- Cleans the bathroom.
- Replenishes bedroom and bathroom supplies.
- Checks and secures the room.
- Checks mini bar.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs duties or tasks to the best of his/her ability.
- Reports any unusual incidents, guest complaints, lost and found, breakage, and losses to the supervisor.
- Attends briefing or meetings as requested.
- Attends all training requested by the hotel.
- Responsible for cost-saving on guest supplies, food supplies, electricity, water, etc.
- Follows company rules and regulations.
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reports to work in prescribed uniform and well-groomed.
- Reports to the supervisor at the start of the shift to receive instructions.
- Performs duties professionally according to standards and requirements.
- Knowledgeable of work-related items such as guest supplies, consumables, promotional materials, forms, and procedures.
- Equips with necessary tools such as pen.
- Greets guests and colleagues politely.
- Listens attentively to guests and colleagues.
- Practices good sales techniques and maintains professionalism.
- Develops skills for new ideas and techniques.
- Confirms guest satisfaction and reports complaints immediately.
COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicates effectively with guests, clients, partners, and staff.
- Promotes hotel’s image and business.
- Participates in community projects to enhance hotel’s community relations.
HUMAN RESOURCES RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains good relations with staff within and across departments.
- Assists colleagues to foster teamwork and hotel success.
RELATIONSHIPS
- Reports to the Supervisor when necessary.
- Communicates with guests regarding products and services.
- Supports colleagues and other departments in service and work performance.
OTHERS
- Engages in continuous learning through own IDP.
- Performs any other duties assigned by superiors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No experience required.
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleaning methods is an asset.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
