Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenSales Executiveto join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background insales within the construction or engineering sector in KSA or the UAE, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sustainable building solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads and opportunities within KSA or the UAE
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and consultants.
  • Present and promote green building services and consultancy offerings
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, client feedback, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experiencein construction, engineering, or green building sectors in GCC
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent English communication skills verbal and written
  • Familiarity with green building concepts, certifications (LEED, Estidama, etc.), and sustainability trends is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
