We are seeking a refined and service-focused Senior Butler (Seasonal) to provide bespoke guest experiences at a luxury property in the UAE. This role demands the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and personalized service, ensuring every guest interaction reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver personalized butler services including check-in/out, unpacking/packing, and concierge support
2. Anticipate guest needs and preferences to provide proactive, tailored service
3. Coordinate with housekeeping, culinary, and front office teams to fulfill guest requests seamlessly
4. Manage VIP guest arrivals and special occasions with meticulous attention to detail
5. Ensure all guest amenities, suites, and common areas are presented to 5-star standards
6. Maintain daily logs of guest preferences, service notes, and special instructions
7. Oversee junior butlers and service staff, ensuring protocol and etiquette standards are upheld
8. Handle special arrangements including dining, transport, and entertainment reservations
9. Respond promptly and discreetly to guest feedback, resolving concerns professionally
10. Support event and private function coordination when required
11. Adhere strictly to confidentiality and safety protocols

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality or private service, with at least 2 years as a senior butler
• Certificate or diploma in Hospitality Management or Butler Services is preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages such as French, Russian, or Arabic is a plus
• Impeccable grooming, etiquette, and cultural awareness
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during the seasonal contract
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• UAE/GCC luxury hotel or private residence experience highly desirable
