Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the design and build, and office fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and address any issues that arise.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on all construction sites.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, specifically within the design and build, and office fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards in the UAE is a plus.
