Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative fluent in both English and Arabic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail customer service, with a proven ability to manage inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide an exceptional customer experience across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and in person.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Arabic, ensuring clear, courteous, and professional interactions.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, providing timely solutions and follow-ups.
  • Accurately maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM and other internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and technical support to ensure swift resolution of customer issues.
  • Provide knowledgeable and accurate information on products and services.
  • Identify and report common customer issues and trends to management for service improvement.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and uphold the company’s values in every customer interaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role within the retail industry is required.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
