Job Purpose

To design, manage, and implement the organization’s total rewards strategy, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with strategic organizational goals.Responsible for compensation and benefits planning, job grading, rewards policy review, salary benchmarking, benefits enhancements, to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.This role requires a deep understanding of total reward strategies including compensation, innovative benefits portfolios & regulatory compliance.

Key Result Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a holistic total reward strategy that integrates compensation, benefits and career development.
  • Adapt and implement centralized compensation and benefits frameworks, principles, and guidelines for respective business entities to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Steers & conducts job evaluations and ensures alignment of roles within the organizational grading system.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of competitive compensation structures, including salary, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of innovative benefits that enhance employee well-being and engagement.
  • Leads salary review and merit increment processes, including budgeting and analytics, benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning of rewards packages.
  • Create and update policies related to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to communicate rewards programs effectively to employees, ensuring understanding and engagement.
  • Oversee relationships with benefits providers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.


Profile description:

Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience
  • 10+ years of related experience, of which at least 3 years in senior or lead role handling compensation and benefits management.
  • Strong analytical skills & excellent communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, reward practices, and compensation structures.
  • Strong experience with compensation & data analytics software/tools.
